The L-39 Albatros is a two-seater, single-engine aircraft produced by Aero Vodochody, a major Czech aircraft manufacturer, in the 1960s. The L-39 made its first flight on November 4, 1968, entered production in late 1971, and was delivered to the Czechoslovak Air Force on March 28, 1972.
