I just bought this set and I agree, it’s an amazing model and the wings are the pinnacle of craftsmanship. I believe the “access hatches” are meant to represent a vertical installation on the F-35. The set itself is a hybrid of the F-22 (wings and tail) and F-35 (single-engine) styles.

With this 3in1 set, the action never stops. The design of this set is really clever. I like the fact that the creator line is one of the few lines that doesn’t focus on minifigs, but revolves around architecture.
Looking at these wings, I learn in a new way. While Creator’s Expert sets have been very popular in recent years, the regular Creator line also produces gems from time to time. 31039 Blue Power Jet is undoubtedly one of them.
The set debuted at the London Toy Fair where I first saw it, and now that I’ve built the jet, it’s even better than I remember it. The first large tsunami waves in the Indian Ocean reached Banda Aceh, a city of about 300,000 people, within 15 to 20 minutes after the earthquake.
Few residents of the densely populated area understood that the earthquake they felt could cause a tsunami, and there was no time to evacuate to higher ground. Nine months after the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami hit Banda Aceh, Indonesia, students attend Lhok Nga Primary School, one of 11 prefabricated schools World Vision built for children in Aceh province whose schools were destroyed by the tsunami.
